Thanks for being patient with me through the past months...Unfortunately I even forgot we had a website.  As most of you know Herb had a stroke last June and I brought him home with 24/7 caregivers.  The last few months his altzeimers has progressed & he is almost bedridden.  On Friday Jan 18th we took him to ER with kidney stone. From there we moved him to Oaks Nursing Care in Burnet, Texas.  Being 94 yrs old he did not meet the criteria to be admitted to hospital.  We are adjusting.  He enjoys the food & is resting good.  Herb is on Hospice which is a blessing for us.  I feel this move will be good for everyone. He is getting great care.
I lost my sister, Maxine, Jan 7th. Thanks for all your cards & prayers.  You are a blessing.
Carrie was announced with cervical cancer & had her surgery last Monday.  She is doing good & Doc is very busy keeping
things going.  From what I hear 'the horned toads are raring to go to Rankin this week to join the horned toad roundup'.  I think you will see Doc & Carrie in Rankin.  Good luck Carrie!
